    How Your Child Gets Better

    We Test and Place

Your child takes a supervised online test. We see what they know and what they're missing. Then we place them with the right tutor.

    They Learn

Your child has one to one lessons with a dedicated tutor. Our tutors leverage off the best edtech tools to help your child follow along and optimise learning. No confusion.

    You See Progress

Your child takes another test. You get a clear report showing what improved, what still needs work, and what to do next.

    FAQs

Popular questiosn being asked by our users

How do you assess my child’s current level?

We start with a short diagnostic assessment to understand your child’s current level, strengths, and gaps. This helps us place them appropriately and design lessons that target exactly what they need, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

How do you measure my child’s progress over time?

Progress is tracked through regular lesson feedback, practice tasks, and follow-up assessments. Tutors monitor understanding week by week and share insights on what your child is improving in and where they may still need support.

What results should I expect after the programme?

You should expect clearer understanding of key concepts, increased confidence, and measurable improvement in problem-solving and test performance. While results vary by student, our goal is consistent progress, not just short-term cramming.

What happens if my child is not improving?

If progress is slower than expected, we review the teaching approach, adjust lesson strategies, and provide additional support where needed. If necessary, we reassess the learning plan to ensure your child is getting the right level of help.

Is this safe for my child?

Yes. Your child’s safety is a top priority for us. All tutoring sessions take place online and are delivered by vetted tutors who have gone through our assessment and onboarding process. We maintain clear guidelines around professionalism, communication, and conduct to ensure a safe and respectful experience for every student.

    What if I don't have a tablet?

That’s okay. You can start with a laptop or desktop computer. A tablet with a stylus is recommended because it makes teaching maths smoother, but it’s not mandatory to begin. We’ll guide you on the best setup as you progress.

    How long is the commitment?

There’s no long-term lock-in. Once onboarded, you commit to a minimum of 3 weeks per student, which allows for consistent teaching and meaningful progress. Beyond that, you choose how many students you take on and how many hours you teach each week.

What happens if I fail the test?

Failing the test doesn’t disqualify you permanently. We’ll share feedback on your performance and let you know what areas to improve. You’re welcome to retake the test after preparing, once you’re ready.

Do I need prior teaching experience?

No. Prior teaching experience is not required. What matters most is your subject knowledge and your ability to explain concepts clearly. Our assessment process is designed to evaluate both, and we’ll support you as you grow into confident, effective teaching.
